Mary was born on February 1st, 1864 in Heber City, Wasatch, Utah. Mary's father was William MCDONALD and her mother was Sariah Jane SHIRTS. Her paternal grandparents were James MC DONALD and Sarah FERGUSON; her maternal grandparents were Peter SCHERTZ (SHIRTS) and Margaret CAMERON. She had seven brothers and twelve sisters, named William Jr., James, George, Joseph, Robert, Alma, John, Jane, Sarah Ann, Margaret Sariah, Eliza Ann, Olive, Nancy, Rhoda Francis, Lucy, Fannie Lavina, Aurmine, Lenaire and Allilea. She was the sixth oldest of the twenty children. She died at the age of 95 on February 15th, 1959 in Orem, Utah, Utah. She was buried on February 19th, 1959 in Heber City, Wasatch, Utah.General Notes
