John MCDONALD 
John was born on April 11th, 1879 in Heber City, Wasatch, Utah. John's father was William MCDONALD and his mother was Sariah Jane SHIRTS. His paternal grandparents were James MC DONALD and Sarah FERGUSON; his maternal grandparents were Peter SCHERTZ (SHIRTS) and Margaret CAMERON. He had six brothers and thirteen sisters, named William Jr., James, George, Joseph, Robert, Alma, Jane, Sarah Ann, Margaret Sariah, Mary, Eliza Ann, Olive, Nancy, Rhoda Francis, Lucy, Fannie Lavina, Aurmine, Lenaire and Allilea. He was the third youngest of the twenty children. He died at 6 months old on October 23rd, 1879 in Heber City, Wasatch, Utah.General Notes
