Sarah Ann was born on March 3rd, 1856 in Springville, Utah, Utah. Sarah Ann's father was William MCDONALD and her mother was Sariah Jane SHIRTS. Her paternal grandparents were James MC DONALD and Sarah FERGUSON; her maternal grandparents were Peter SCHERTZ (SHIRTS) and Margaret CAMERON. She had seven brothers and twelve sisters, named William Jr., James, George, Joseph, Robert, Alma, John, Jane, Margaret Sariah, Mary, Eliza Ann, Olive, Nancy, Rhoda Francis, Lucy, Fannie Lavina, Aurmine, Lenaire and Allilea. She was the second oldest of the twenty children. She died at the age of 69 on June 21st, 1925 in Heber, Wasatch, Utah. She was buried on June 24th, 1925 in Heber, Wasatch, Utah.General Notes
