Richard Dean Luoma 
Richard Dean was born on May 3rd, 1930 in Ashtabula, Ohio. Richard Dean's father was William Mathew Luoma and his mother was Lillian Arlene Dunsworth. His maternal grandparents were Lee Otis Dunsworth and Florence Estella "Stella" Glover. He had two brothers and a sister, named Living, Living and Living. He died at the age of 70 on February 13th, 2001 in University Hospital, Cleveland. He was buried on February 16th, 2001 in St. Joseph Cemetery, Ashtabula, MI.1 1 General Notes

OBITUARY in Star Beacon
ASHTABULA- Richard Dean Luoma, 70, of Ashtabula died Tuesday, Feb 13, 2001, at University Hospital of Cleveland.
He was born May 3, 1930, in Ashtabula, the son of William and Arlene (Dunsworth) Luoma. A 1948 graudate of Ashtabula High School, Mr. Luoma completed his training as a certified rubber technician at The University of Akron. He was employed for more than 50 years at Ashtabula Rubber Co. and retired as a chief lab technician in April 1999.
In 1954 Mr. Luoma was the first bowler to get a 300 game at Lake Shores Lanes. He enjoyed gardening, music of the Big Band Era, local slow pitch softball, Cleveland Indians, Cavaliers and Browns and Ohio State football. He was also a life member of East Ashtabula Club.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Angela (Paulchel) Luoma; four sons, Dean, Gary, David and Brian, and two daughters, Sharon Luoma and Mary Ann Dunn, all of Ashtabula; five grandchildren, Lisa, Corey and Jeremy Dunn and Andrew and Allicon Luoma; two brothers, Ronald and William, and a sister, Cora Sue Wilfong, all of Ashtabula.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Guerriero Funeral Home, 1550 W. 19th St., Ashtabula, with entombment to be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
