Lee Otis Dunsworth 
Lee Otis was born on September 22nd, 1879 in LaClede, Lynn County, Missouri.1 He was an only child. He died at the age of 76 on September 14th, 1956 in Geneva Hospital, Geneva, Ohio. He was buried in Ridgeview Burial park, Ashtabula, Ohio.
Lee Otis and Florence Estella "Stella" were married in a religious ceremony on August 26th, 1900 in Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas.1 They had two daughters named Leota Maude and Lillian Arlene.
