Silas Greenberry Legg 
Silas Greenberry was born on September 24th, 1869 in Legg Fork of Tuppers Creek, Kanawha Co., WV. Silas Greenberry's father was Francis Marion Legg and his mother was Margaret Wilmuth Jane Miller. His paternal grandparents were Achilles Anderson Legg and Mary Aurilla Monday. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin Beverly, John William, James Venton, Henry Clinton, Edgar, Octavia Paradine, Mary Alice, Martha Elizabeth, Mollie Dove and Luverna. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 84 on July 24th, 1954 in Charleston, Kanawha Co. WV.-
