Richard Emory Hoover

Richard Emory was born on April 13th, 1887.¹ Richard Emory's father was Richard D Hoover and his mother was Aletha A Leslie. His paternal grandparents were John Yount Hoover and Rhoda Wright. He has a brother and a sister, named Roscoe P and Mary Florence. He is the youngest of the three children.
