John Yount Hoover 
John Yount was born on October 15th, 1814 in Wayne Co, Indiana.1 John Yount's father was Frederick Hoover and his mother was Catherine Yount. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Hoover\HUBER and Elizabeth Waymire; his maternal grandparents were William Henry Yount and Marianne Waymire. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Alexander, Samuel, Samuel Yount, Henry, Sarah, Sarah A, Mary, Catherine, Anna and Anna. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 62 on November 16th, 1876 in Missouri.1 General Notes
