Hoover and Mary Ann Longnecker\Longenecker. He had six brothers and a sister, named Lloyd Emerson, Bert Omer, Otis Earl, Clarence Martin, Jesse Jason, Charles Oliver and Wegie Malinda. He is the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
