Charles Oliver Hoover 
Charles Oliver was born on July 15th, 1881 in Kansas. Charles Oliver's father was Isaac L. Hoover and his mother is Mary Elizabeth Stutsman. His paternal grandparents were Isaac B. Hoover and Mary Ann Longnecker\Longenecker. He had six brothers and a sister, named Lloyd Emerson, Bert Omer, Otis Earl, Clarence Martin, Clifford Carroll, Jesse Jason and Wegie Malinda. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 91 on May 30th, 1973 in Kansas.-
