Clarence L Hoover

Clarence L was born on August 13th, 1878.¹ Clarence L's father was James Madison Hoover and his mother was Sarah Jane Dailey. His paternal grandparents were John Yount Hoover and Rhoda Wright. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Alonzo, Walter G, Mary E, Mildred E and Manerva E. He is the second youngest of the six children.
