Jane HANBY 
Jane was born on February 28th, 1783 in Henry Co., Va. Jane's father was Jonathan HANBY and her mother was Sarah Matilda DALTON. Her paternal grandparents were John HANBY and Susannah Thompson; her maternal grandparents were Samuel DALTON and Ann Dandridge "Nancy" REDD. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, David, Samuel, Gabriel, William, Susannah, Nancy and Sarah Dalton. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 34 on October 2nd, 1817 in Patrick Co., Va.General Notes
