William Newton Gannon 
William Newton was born on June 23rd, 1895. William Newton's father was John Quincy Gannon and his mother was Mary Ann Skinner. His paternal grandparents were John Porter Gannon and Elizabeth Hayes. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Porter, Lecil Alfred, Johnny, Walter Benjaman, Thomas, Elizabeth, Georgia, Claudie, Annie and Fannie. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 51 on May 23rd, 1947.-
