George Washington Gannon

George Washington was born in 1844 in Guilford, NC. George Washington's father was George Gannon and his mother is Nancy McGaughey. His paternal grandparents were William Gannon and Agnes Nancy Greer. He had a brother and three sisters, named Joseph F., Rebecca M., Mary C. and Nancy M.. He was the second oldest of the five children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Calvin, James Grier, Margaret J., Elizabeth C. and Tempe. He died at the age of 19 on December 27th, 1863.
