Chalmer T. Feathers\Fether 
Chalmer T. was born in 1899.1 Chalmer T.'s father was George Alexander Feathers\Fether and his mother was Anna Hoover. His maternal grandparents were John B. Hoover and Sarah Ann Nofsker\Noffscar\Noffsker. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Homer Alexander, Emery Clarence, Cora Irene, Iva and Sara. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 47 in 1946.1 -
