Electa Hortense was born on December 21st, 1891 in Riverton, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA. Electa Hortense's father was Robert Dansie and her mother was Paulina Silcock. Her maternal grandparents were Nicholas Thomas Silcock and Jane Heath. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Nicholas Thomas, Mahonri Moriancumer, Charles Alfred, Chauncey Millard, Roseina Harriet, Annie Louise, Edna Pearl, Mary Isabelle, Roberta Sarahann, Percy Jewell and Ida Pauline. She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Robert Moroni, Alma and Charlotte Jane. She died at the age of 83 on June 16th, 1975 in Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA. She was buried on June 19th, 1975 in Sandy, Salt Lake Co., Utah.General Notes
