M. Bostic Chitwood 
M. Bostic was born on February 15th, 1817 in Franklin Co.,Virginia. M. Bostic's father was Squire Chitwood and his mother was Mary Wray. His paternal grandparents were William CHITWOOD and Susannah Nowlin. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Edmund, Stephen, William, Green, Angeran, Leonard C., Elenor and Susan Matilda. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 61 on January 1st, 1879.General Notes
