Robert BOLLING 
Robert was born on August 17th, 1738 in Varina, Hnrc, Va. Robert's father was John II BOLLING and his mother was Elizabeth Bland BLAIR. His paternal grandfather is John Bolling and his paternal grandmother was Mary KENNON; his maternal grandparents were Archibald BLAIR and Sarah ARCHER. He had twelve brothers and eight sisters, named Archibald, William L., Jared, Benjamin, James Thomas, John Blair W., Rodney, Rolfe, Edward, Archibald, Powhatan, James, Metoaka, Elizabeth, Martha, Dorothea, Jane, Mary, Sarah and Anne. He was the eleventh oldest of the twenty-one children. He died at the age of 37 in 1775 in "chellowe", Buckingham Co., Va..General Notes
