James Thomas BOLLING 
James Thomas was born on July 7th, 1735 in "cobbs", Chstrf, Va. James Thomas' father was John II BOLLING and his mother was Elizabeth Bland BLAIR. His paternal grandfather is John Bolling and his paternal grandmother was Mary KENNON; his maternal grandparents were Archibald BLAIR and Sarah ARCHER. He had twelve brothers and eight sisters, named Archibald, William L., Jared, Benjamin, John Blair W., Robert, Rodney, Rolfe, Edward, Archibald, Powhatan, James, Metoaka, Elizabeth, Martha, Dorothea, Jane, Mary, Sarah and Anne. He was the nineth oldest of the twenty-one children. He died at the age of 69 on August 7th, 1804 in Cobbs, Chesterfield Co., Va..General Notes
