Margaret de was born on April 3rd, 1311 in Of, Caldecote, Northamptonshire, England.  Margaret de's father was Humphrey de BOHUN and her mother was Elizabeth Plantagenet.  Her paternal grandparents were Humphrey De BOHUN and Maud De FIENNES; her maternal grandparents were Edward I "Longshanks" Plantagenet and Eleanor Of CASTILE AND LbEON. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Humphrey de, John de, Humphrey de, Edward de, William de, Aeneas de, Eleanor de, Agnes and Isabel de.  She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She had a half-sister named Alianore.  She died in , Exeter, Devonshire, England.  She was buried in Cathedral, Exeter, Devonshire, England.

‌Margaret de and Hugh De were married in a religious ceremony on August 11th, 1325.  They had eight sons and ten daughters, named Edward, Thomas, Peter, John, Philip, Humphrey, Hugh, William, Margaret, Elizabeth, Catherine, Joan, Matilda, Eleanor, Guenora, Anne, Isabel and Philippa.
