Moses was born in 1764 in Hillsborough, Randolph, North Carolina. Moses' father was Thomas Allred and his mother was Elizabeth Diffee. His paternal grandfather was John ALDRIDGE and his paternal grandmother is Ann or Annie Hamilton; his maternal grandfather was William Diffee and his maternal grandmother is Betty Ann UNKNOWN. He had fourteen brothers and five sisters, named William, James, James, Elias, Elias, John, John, Moses, Eli, Eli, Levi, Levi, Thomas, Thomas, Ruth, Rachel, Rachael, Elizabeth and Elizabeth. He was the nineth youngest of the twenty children. He died at the age of 23 in 1787 in , , Georgia, USA.General Notes
