Rachael was born on August 4th, 1858 in Henry Co., IN. Rachael's father is Abraham Abbott and her mother was Barbara Hoover. Her maternal grandparents were Frederick Hoover and Catharine BRUMBAUGH. She had a brother and six sisters, named Samuel, Catherine, Margaret, Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary and Susan Ann. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 69 on September 9th, 1927 in Wayne, IN.-
