Daniel Towner 
Daniel was born on March 25th, 1731 in Wallingford, New Haven, Connecticut.1 Daniel's father was Samuel Towner and his mother was Amy Ward. His paternal grandparents were Richard Towner and Mary; his maternal grandparents were William Ward and Lettice Beach. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Zaccheus, Samuel, Ithiel, Lettice, Amy, Rebecca, Thankful, Deborah and Ithiel. He had a half-sister named Phebe. He died at the age of 65 in 1796 in Fairfield, Connecticut.1 General Notes
