Phoebe Ann Sabin 
Phoebe Ann was born on November 7th, 1835 in PA.1 Phoebe Ann's father was Eli Sabin and her mother was Hannah. Her paternal grandparents were David Sabin and Mary. She had two brothers named David and Eli B. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named James Milton, Ternessa E, Minette E, Laura Jane and Barbara Ellen. She died at the age of 27 on February 25th, 1863 in Delaware Co, IN.1 General Notes

Phoebe was enumerated in 1850 census of Licking Twp, Blackford, IN (ae 12)
Also enumerated in 1860 census of Franklin, Vernon, WI (ae 22) w/Ralph Hall
family, listed as a public school teacher. This is probably a different Phoebe
if all the other facts are correct.
