Joceran was born in 0898.1 Joceran's father was Renaud De Roucy. His paternal grandparents were Herbert II Count Of Vermandois and Hildebrante Princess of France. He had two brothers and a sister, named Gilbert Ier, Lietaud Or Letgarde and Ermentrude. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 96 in 0994.1 General Notes
