Adeliza Of was born in 1109 in Brabant, Netherlands and her baptism took place in abt 48 1151.1 Adeliza Of's father was Godfrey I A La Barbe Brabant Lorraine and her mother was Clementia Countess Of Namur. Her paternal grandparents were Henri II Count Of Lorraine and Adelheid De Orlamunde; her maternal grandparents were III Albert and Ida Billung of Saxony. She had two brothers and a sister, named Godfrey II Duke Of, Joscelin De Louvain and Ida Princess Of. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 42 on April 23rd, 1151 in Afflingham, Flanders, France. She was buried on April 23rd, 1151 in Flanders.1 1 General Notes
