William Fitzralph de was born in ., Grimthorpe, Lincolnshire, England and his baptism took place there.1   William Fitzralph de's father was Ralph Fitzrobert de Greystoke and his mother was Alice De Audley.  His paternal grandparents were Robert Fitzralph and Elizabeth de Neville; his maternal grandparents were Hugh De Audley and Isolde Iseude Iswolde De Mortimer. He had a brother named Ralph Fitz Ralph. He had six half-brothers and six half-sisters, named John, Ralph de, Thomas de, Robert de, William de, Alexander de, Catherine de, Eupheme (Euphemia) de, Eleanor de, Elizabeth de, Isabel de and Margaret De.  He died on July 20th, 1359 in Castle, Bracepeth, Northumberland, England.  He was buried in August 1359 in Parish Church, Greystoke, Cumberland, England.1 1
