Samuel Fowler 
Samuel was born in 1618 in Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.1 Samuel's father was Philip Fowler and his mother was Mary Winslow. His paternal grandfather was Phillip Fowler; his maternal grandparents were John Winslow and Elizabeth Paddy. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Philip, Benjamin, Joseph, Mary, Hester and Margery. He died in Salisbury, Essex, Massachusetts.1 General Notes

! Samuel was a shipwright. He was brought before the court in April 1675 for "breach of the Sabbath in traveling". He might have been a Friend.
Two of the sons of Philip Fowler (Samuel and Thomas) settled near Samuel Winsley in Salisbury and Amesbury. He was called "cosen" by Samuel Winsley and his children, except William, are named in the will of Samuel in 1665.
He was of Salisbury in 1668 and 1680. He purchased the common right of Lewis Hulett in Salisbury in 1668-1669.
