Joseph Fowler 
Joseph was born in Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.1 Joseph's father was Philip Fowler and his mother was Mary Winslow. His paternal grandfather was Phillip Fowler; his maternal grandparents were John Winslow and Elizabeth Paddy. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Philip, Benjamin, Mary, Hester and Margery. He died on May 19th, 1696 in Deerfield, Massachusetts.1 General Notes

In 1651, "Philip Fowler the elder, of Ipswich, in the presence of Joseph his son and Martha his wife, did adopt as his son, Philip, the son of the said Joseph and Martha."
History of the Kimball Family states "he came to New England in the ship Mary, with his father in 1634, and resided in Ipswich, Mass. He sold his father-in-law, Richard, Kimball, forty acres of land in 1651."
