Isabel's father was William Fitzgerald. Her paternal grandparents were Geraldus FitzWalter De Windsor and Nesta Verch Rhys. She had five brothers and a sister, named Odo, Ramundus, William fitz William fitz, Gerald, Griffyth and Mabilia. Isabel is no longer alive.General Notes

Isabel, m. Lord William Wallensis (Walsh) whose son, David (Wallensis) was with his uncle, Raymond le Gros at the siege of Limerick c 1176. He was granted Carrickmines, Dublin and John's Cross, co. Kerry. He supposedly married Mary, daughter of Justin MacCarthy of Aglias, Ireland and received lands in Kerry where he built the castles of Alan, Cusneen and Murry at the foot of the Knockatee.
