Mathilde I Queen Of was born about 1105 in of, Boulogne, Pas de Calais, France.1   Mathilde I Queen Of's father was Eustache III of Boulogne and her mother was Mary Princess Of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were Eustache II of Boulogne and Ida of Lorraine; her maternal grandparents were King Of Scotland Malcolm and Margaret Aetheling.  She was an only child.  She died on May 3rd, 1151 in Hevringham Castl, Essex, England.  She was buried in Faversham Abbey, Faversham, Kent, England.1 1
