Idonea was born about 1300 in Of, Appleby, Westmoreland, England.1   Idonea's father was Robert De Clifford and her mother was Maud De Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger De Clifford and Isabel De Vipount; her maternal grandparents were Thomas De Clare and Julian Fitzmaurice. She had a brother named Robert.  She was the older of the two children.  She died on August 24th, 1365.  She was buried in Beverley Minster, Beverley, Yorkshire, England.1 1 


Idonea's family with Henry De Percy

‌Idonea and Henry De were married in a religious ceremony in 1314 in ,,Yorkshire, England.1   They had six sons and four daughters, named Henry De, Richard, Roger De, Robert, Thomas De, William, Margaret De, Isabel De, Eleanor and Maud De.
