John Champernowne 
John was born about 1394.1 John's father was Richard Champernoun and his mother was Katherine Daubeney. His paternal grandparents were Sir Thomas Champernowne and Eleanor de Rohart; his maternal grandparents were Sir Giles Daubeney and Alianore De Wilington. He had two brothers named Hugh and Sir Richard. He was the youngest of the three children. He had a half-brother named Alexander. He died after 1468.1 General Notes
