Mathilde Princess of was born about 1276 in of, Braunschweig, Brunswick, Germany.1   Mathilde Princess of's father was 'Der Grosse' and her mother was Princess of Montferrat Alessina.  Her paternal grandparents were Otto I 'Das and Mathilde Princess Of Brandenburg; her maternal grandparents were Bonifacio III Marchese of Montferrat and Margherita Countess of Savoy. She had six brothers named Heinrich I Duke of, Albrecht II, Wilhelm Duke of, Otto Prince of, Konrad Prince of and Luder Prince of.  She was the youngest of the seven children.1

‌Mathilde Princess of and I were married in a religious ceremony before April 1290.1   They had five sons and four daughters, named Prince of Oels, II, Prince Of Oels, Jan Prince of, Prince of Glogau, Princess of Glogau, Beatrycza (Beatrix) Princess of, Princess of Glogau and Princess of Glogau.
