Foulques V le Jeune was born in 1092 in Count of Anjou, reigned 1131-1143, King of Jerusalem and his baptism took place in France (Foulques le jeune-the younger).1   Foulques V le Jeune's father was Fulk IV Count Of Anjou and his mother was Bertrade De Montfort.  His paternal grandparents were Geoffrey Count De Gatinois and Ermengarde Countess Of Anjou; his maternal grandparents were Simon I of Montfort and Agnes Princess D'Evreux. He had a half-sister named Ermengardis.  He died at the age of 51 on November 10th, 1143 in Sr Sepulcre Church, Jerusalem, Israel, Palestine died of accident.  He was buried in Church Of Holy Spirit, Jerusalem, Israel.1 1
