Vinson and Serena Terry; her maternal grandparents were Washington B. Singleton and Mary E. Breedlove. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Charles F., Harley Jack, John Washington, Nesbert Bun, Thomas Lafayette, William Henry, Hattie A., Lena Bethel Mae, Mary Cordelia and Meda.-
