William Abraham Hughes 
William Abraham was born on June 10th, 1880 in Norton Co.,KS. William Abraham's father was Joseph Clarence Hughes and his mother was Elmina Ellen Martin. His paternal grandparents were William I. Hughes and Mahala Rodgers. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Douglas, George Arthur, Benjamin Franklin, Joseph Clarence II, Sarah Ellen, Carrie Rebecca, Rosa Elizabeth and Malulu Florence. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 82 on April 21st, 1963 in Oberlin,Kansas.-
