Reubin Manning

Reubin was born about 1739 in Portsmouth, Norfolk, Virginia. Reubin's father was John Manning and his mother was Ann Deal. His paternal grandparents were John Manning and Margaret Markham. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Marcom, John, Mary Harper, Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the third youngest of the six children.
