John Manning

John was born about 1737 in Portsmouth, Norfolk, Virginia. John's father was John Manning and his mother was Ann Deal. His paternal grandparents were John Manning and Margaret Markham. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Marcom, Reubin, Mary Harper, Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the third oldest of the six children.
