* Ellen Nixon

* Ellen was born on April 5th, 1841 in Richmond NSW and her baptism took place on June 13th, 1841 in St Peter's C of E Richmond.  * Ellen's father was * Samuel Nixon and her mother was * Ellen Connors.  Her paternal grandparents were * William Nixon and * Mary Rowlege; her maternal grandparents were * John Connors and * Ellen. She had two brothers and two sisters, named James, John Henry, Jane and Henrietta (Harriet).  She was the second oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Samuel George, William, Louisa and Mary Anne.  She died at the age of 69 on November 12th, 1910 in Cranebrook NSW.  She was buried on November 13th, 1910 in General Cemetary Penrith NSW (C of E section).

‌* Ellen and * Robert were married in a religious ceremony on March 15th, 1858 in St Peter's C of E Richmond.  They had four sons and four daughters, named Robert Samuel, * William Henry, Ernest George, John Robert, Eliza Matilda, Susannah J, Kara M and Mary Ellen.

‌* Ellen and George were married in a religious ceremony in 1884 in Windsor NSW.  They had a son and four daughters, named Thomas, Maude, May, Maisie and Mary.
