John Joseph Gallagher 
John Joseph was born in 1863. John Joseph's father was * John Gallagher (Gallohue) and his mother was * Margaret Callaghan. His paternal grandparents were * John Gallagher (Gallohue) and * Johanna Barratt; his maternal grandparents were *James Callaghan and *Elizabeth Lynum. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Patrick Peter, Laurence Patrick, William J, * James Peter, Johanna 'Annie', Elizabeth 'Agnes' and Mary Jane. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on April 9th, 1943 in Krambach NSW.
John Joseph and Jane were married in a religious ceremony in 1893. They had five sons and six daughters, named Stephen, James, Clarence, Eric, John, Helen, Elizabeth Veronica, Loreto 'Laura', Agnes, Catherine and Daphne.

James was born in 1897. He died at the age of 72 on October 12th, 1969 in Newcastle NSW.
