Mary was born on February 7th, 1924 in Taree NSW. Mary's father was * Frederick Arthur Forrester and her mother was * Matilda May Bidner. Her paternal grandparents were * William Henry Forrester and * Agnes Witcom; her maternal grandparents were * Philip Charles Bidner and * Eliza Mary Gallagher. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Arthur Joseph, Thomas Victor (Dick), Leonard William, Leslie Edwin, Francis Hilton, Charles R, Harold G, * Irene Violet Mary and Patricia Mary. She died at the age of 79 in February 2003 in NSW.-
