His paternal grandparents were * William Henry Forrester and * Agnes Witcom; his maternal grandparents were * Philip Charles Bidner and * Eliza Mary Gallagher. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Arthur Joseph, Thomas Victor (Dick), Leslie Edwin, Francis Hilton, Charles R, Harold G, * Irene Violet Mary, Mary and Patricia Mary. He died at the age of 64 on August 4th, 1984. He was buried in Pine Grove NSW.General Notes
