Oda Of was born about 0995 in Lorraine Inferie,France.  Oda Of's father was Gonzelon I Duke of Lorraine and her mother was Urraca, Princess of Italy.  Her paternal grandparents were Gottfried "The Old" Count of Verdun and Matilda Billung of Saxony; her maternal grandparents were Berenger II of Italy King of Italy and Willa Princess of Tuscany. She had four brothers and a sister, named Gothelo II (Gozelo II) Duke of Lower, Godfrey III "The Bearded" Duke of, Frédéric de, Godefroi IV, Duc de and Regilinde. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Friedrich and Ragelinde Princess of.  She died on October 23rd, 1044.

‌Oda Of and Lambert II "Baudry" were married in a religious ceremony in <Of,Brabant,France>.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Henri II, Comte de, Henri II and Adèle de.
