Adelaide was born about 0850 in Paris,Seine,France.  Adelaide's father was Beggen or Bego Paris and her mother was Alpaide Princess of France.  Her paternal grandparents were Girard Of Paris and Rotrude Rotrou Austrasia; her maternal grandparents were Louis I "The Pious" France King of and Ermengarde de Hesbaye. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Lisiard Count Of, Leutard de, Eberhardus, Engeltrude (Engeltron) of, Susanna de and Landree of.

‌Adelaide and "The Stammerer" were married in a religious ceremony in 0875.  They had a son and two daughters, named Charles III "The Simple" King of, Ermentrude de and Kunigonde de.
