Ida de was born about 1085 in Hainault,Belgique.  Ida de's father was Baudouin II Count of Hainault and her mother was Ida de Louvain.  Her paternal grandparents were Baldwin VI Count of Flanders and Richilde Von Egisheim Countess of Hainault; her maternal grandparents were Henri II, Comte de Louvain and Adelheid von Weimar-Orlamünda. She had three sisters named Yolande de, Adelaide and Aleidis Cts de. She had a half-brother named Baudouin III Count.  She died after 1117.
