Louis D' Acre was born about 1225 in Acre,-,Palestine.  Louis D' Acre's father was Jean De Brienne King of Jerusalem and his mother was Berengaria, Princesa de Leon.  His paternal grandparents were Érard II, Count de Brienne Crusader and Agnès de MONTFAUCON; his maternal grandparents were Alfonso Fernandez IX Rey de Castilla y Leon and Berenguela Reina de Castilla. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Alphonse d'Acre de Brienne, Count de, Alphonse De, Jean II, Count de, Louis De, Yolanthe De and Marie de Brienne Princess of.  He was the youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John de Brienne, Crown Prince of and Isabel II, Queen of.  He died after 1297.1
