Meen Seigneur of Fougeres was born in 0964.  Meen Seigneur of Fougeres' father was Juhel Berenger, Count of Rennes and his mother was Gerberga of Saxony Abbess of Notre Dame.  His paternal grandparents were Paskwitan II, Duke of Britain and LADY Berenger Heirss Of Rennes; his maternal grandparents were Henry I "The Fowler" King of Germany and Countess Matilda Ringelheim Queen of the Germans. He had two brothers named Conan I Duke Of and Martin, Seigneur of Vitre.  He was the youngest of the three children. He had six half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Henri, Duke of, Lothair Carolingien, King of, Carloman Prince of, Louis Prince of, Henri Prince of, Charles I le Gros, Duke of, Alberade de, Gerberga of, Wiltrude, Duchess of, Mathilde Princess Of, Hildegard Princess of, Alberade Princess Of and Hildegardin, Princess of France, Countess of.  He died at the age of 56 in 1020.
