Lyman O'Bourn Weaver 
Lyman O'Bourn was born on October 22nd, 1916.1 Lyman O'Bourn's father was Charles Wesley Weaver and his mother was Minnie Ethel Bell. His maternal grandparents were David Franklin Bell and Mattie Easter Avent. He had a brother and two sisters, named Charles Wallace, Mattie Evelyn and Mamie Estelle. He was the second oldest of the four children.-
