I am looking for information on Manning Spradley married Sarah
Quattlebaun January 24, 1821. Manning died (looks like in Jefferson
County, Georgia) on December 14, 1836. Sarah and her family are found
back in South Carolina by the 1850 census.
I am a descendant of Manning Spradley of South Carolina and his wife
Sarah Quattlebaum
My Manning Spradley died December 14, 1836 in Jefferson County, Georgia.
" Manning and Sarah Spradley was married January 24,1821". This
information is from a hand written copy taken from a Spradley Family
Bible. This contradicts what I have seen in printed sources, but I trust
the source of this handwritten copy. I am trying to locate who might
possess this Bible so that I can obtain a photo copy of the data given.
This Bible record also list "Washinton Spradley b. December 1,1824 and
James I. Spradley - October 22, 1826. Would like to correspond with other
Spradley researachers in South Carolina.
